Admission Procedure

  1. The candidate has to confirm the seat by registrant himself/herself as the seats are booked on first come first resave basis/ preference to the good academic background.
  2. Registration amount is nominal and is deductible from the fees later on.
  3. Candidate has to fill an admission form and submit 1 passport size photograph.
  4. Photo copy of the mark sheet of the last examination passed.

Payment Procedure: – Rs 5,000 at the time of registration and the balance amount in two equal installments

1st installment to be paid within 8-10 days time and the 2nd installment within 15-20 days time of paying the 1st installment.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  1. In case of any disciplinary action the decision of the managing body of the academy will be final.
  2. After depositing the fees , if a student is disinterested or fails to join the classes in the institute due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her fees (money) back, the institute will not refund the money.
  3. 90% attendance in the classroom is mandatory.
  4. The fees deposited towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course and is not transferable to any other person if a student doesn’t join that particular course.
  5. The responsibility of getting the admission form forwarded to the managing body is that of the student himself /herself or that of the guardian.
  6. The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position /success in CSE.
  7. The parents can meet the Director for any enquiry about their ward progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only.
  8. Any change in address should be notified to the office without delay.
  9. Selections of optional subjects should be done carefully at the time of admission; the change can be made within fifteen days from the time of admission to the management.
  10. Each student will be issued an identity card ,the entry to the classroom is restricted on the basis of having an I-card .If the identity card of a student is lost /misplaced ,a duplicate I-card can be issued from the institute against payment of Rs 50/-.
  11. If any student is absent from the classes without prior permission for more than 7 days, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the class tests and no test paper will be given to such students.
  12. If the study material provided to the student is lost /misplaced, the institute will issue the material against payment of Rs 2500/- for the prelims and Rs 3300/- for the mains material.
  13. If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of Jain’s IAS study circle because of situation beyond control or any natural calamity of any type, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner what so ever.
  14. If the student who is enrolled with the institute is not working hard creating indiscipline in the institute, irregular in attendance not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the institute.
  15. Jain’s IAS study circle reserves the right to make any alterations in its programme /fees without any prior notice to anybody.
  16. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
